We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please note that packing slips are printed in black and white, and we use recycled cartons as part of our commitment to sustainability.
Current Shipping Coverage
At present, delivery service is available within Greater Cairo only.
All deliveries are handled directly by the Ecomatic team to ensure accuracy, safety, and product integrity.
Delivery Time
Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery takes up to 7 business days within Greater Cairo, depending on the area and delivery schedule.
Shipping Fees
A fixed delivery fee applies to all orders within Greater Cairo.
The exact amount is displayed during checkout according to your delivery area.
Free shipping is not available at the moment.
Special Arrangements
You may contact us to arrange a specific delivery time or special handling whenever possible.
Shipping outside Greater Cairo is not available for now; updates will be announced once we expand our delivery zones.
